Lemon Gnocchi with Spinach & Peas

INGREDIENTS:

1 c. frozen baby peas

1/2 c. half and half

1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes

2 cloves garlic, pressed

3 c. packed baby spinach

1 tsp. grated lemon zest

1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1 lb. dried gnocchi

1/4 c. grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS:

Simmer peas with half and half, red pepper flakes, garlic and 1/4 tsp. salt until peas are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add spinach and cook
