6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Salt & Pepper
6 – 8 ripe figs
4 slices prosciutto, torn into smaller bits
1 – 2 large sprigs of basil
Place olive oil, lemon/lime juice, and honey in jar. Shake well to blend.
Quarter figs, but do not slice all the way through. Spread open figs and place on platter. Sprinkle torn prosciutto and basil leaves around figs.
Drizzle dressing over and serve.
